Mobile App Report Filter using Equals Ask the User
On Mobile App, there is a bug in Quickbase for past 2 years where it will not allow a lookup field to be used in report filters using an "Equals" Ask the User filter.
If the filter uses a "Starts With" or "Contains" Ask the User on a Lookup field - it works.
The issue is that User has to remember huge string of numbers to input into the Starts With or Contains versus selecting off of a dropdown list via the Equals filter.
I have had to create another layer of reporting (bubble, bar charts) to help the user find and select the lookup field data needed to drilldown to a table or map, but after a while that becomes too jumbled on Mobile App and bubbles and bars are hard to click on.
I tried Summary report as a top layer but Summaries do not work on Mobile App.
Has anyone else run into this issue?
