Hello Joey! Thanks for the post.
I'd recommend using the Quick Base mobile app for this application - which can at least get that address bar removed. We're also working on custom home pages so a builder can force particular views to be the first thing users see. There's no way to natively hide the purple bar or hamburger menu at this time, but I've taken your feedback and will consider it as we prioritize our next features around mobile.
