Multi Select List Formula

Question

I can't seem to remember or find the correct syntax to make a multi-select formula field. My goal is to make a formula field, and then use a dynamic rule to fill choices in a multi select text box. I've done it before but can't find it in my own app lol. I need to add it to my tips table...

Also, I believe that when you have a muti-select formula fields, the Dynamic Filers are really smart as they allow the individual choices to be filtered as opposed to every unique combination.
