Multi-Select Text box has text stating ""select up to 20 choices"" below the field. How can I get rid of this?

I have created a Multi-Select text box with 7 options in it.  There is small grey text below the field stating "Select up to 20 choices".  Can I get rid of this?  There is only 7 choices to choose fro...

If you know how to add JavaScript to the page you can remove it.

    Hello - is there an update on this issue? I also need to remove the "Select up to 20 choices" text.
