My script to query records by table ID is returning the TypeError: 'NoneType' object is not iterable

I'm using the table ID "bmuqwj6t7" from the url  https://tempus-2539.quickbase.com/db/bmuqwj6t7?a=td  I can pull records from any other table with this ID
