Need to colorize a row in report

Here is my "formula" in layman's terms...


Case([Job - Projected Start Date]<Today()AND [Completed by:]="CHOOSE SUB",RED)

please fix so that it works.  thx

    IF([Job - Projected Start Date] < Today() AND [Completed by:] = "CHOOSE SUB", "FFAEB9")  // this will be pink


    IF([Job - Projected Start Date] < Today() AND [Completed by:] = "CHOOSE SUB", "red ") // this would be red
