New notification
I would like to hide the new notification next to new information that has put in. How do I do this?

You can turn this off for yourself by clicking on your login-name (top right) and selecting My Preferences. The first checkbox on the next screen will turn them off.
For an Application-level all-user control, go to HOME < Settings < App Properties < Advanced Settings < Options and use the checkbox there.
