Next Work Date/Follow-up Field

Hello! We have a date field for Collectors called "Next Work Date"  which is essentially a follow-up date. They input a date and that field serves as a reminder to follow-up with that customer on whatever date was entered.

My question is, is there a way to filter out an account with a "Next Work Date" from their active worklist table report and then have it re-enter their active worklist table report on that date?
