No "connect to" button in pipelines channels?

Question

I'm trying to connect to outlook for a pipeline I would like to set up, but when I expand outlook (or any channel) there is no connect button on the page. Is this an account limitation I need to have fixed?

A Ream Admin needs to enable the Channel. I seem to recall you get access to three external channels at no extra cost, aside from Step Runs.
