Org Chart Creation

There isn't anything native that is going to give you the visual experience you are describing. If you are familiar with code pages, you could use the Google Charts API and dynamically create your data object using the Quickbase REST API. Also, this API doesn't handle "wide" organizations particularly well. I would suggest using a tool like Microsoft's Visio. They make it very easy to dynamically construct an Org Chart. You'll just need to export a CSV every time you want an update.
