Overtime formula


HI all please assist with the formula for the below. 



Duration - Formula Duration - Calculate duration between start and end time and subtract 1 hour if lunch is checked.

    Try this

    [end time]-[start time]
    - IF([Lunch], Hours(1), Hours(0))
