Parent-Child relationship

Hi,

I have two tables called Keyperson and Startup.

Keyperson is the parent table here and Startup is the child table with one to many relationships.

I want to add a key person detail from the Startup table (i.e. In Form) without displaying other key person details in the lookup field. Is there a way to do that?
