I have a Parent and Child table. Each Child record has the gps location and the google map shows up which is really nice. Is there anyway to have this function on the Parent record that shows the locations of all child records in one map?

no problem. Just make a Map Report on the Child table of all children.Then put a Report Link field of your children on your Parent record form (probably for the second time as no doubt you already have the children listed on the Parent form already, but for this second report link field, specify that map report to be used. That is set on the form properties for the report link field.

Ok, let me give that a shot. And you are correct, I have a report of all children on the parent forms already.

On the child map report why does it only load 100 locations? I have 2780.

I presume that on an individual Parent record, you probably have less than 100 children,s o you are probably OK there. But you are asking if you try to map all records, there are too many. That is just a current limitation of QuickBase. It only lists the first 100 records, but some definition of "first".If you need to map more, there are enhanced add-ons like from Juiced Technologies which are not limited to the number of pins and also have other features such as being able to color and label the pins by formula.http://www.juicedtech.com/add-ons/qb-maps

On report link field options, what field do I choose? On the "to the values in this field" I chose Pole location: street 1, which is where the gps coordinates are.

You are over complicating this. You said that you already have a report link field showing the children on the parent form. Put that same exact same field on the form again.

Ok, now its working but for some reason it doesn't list ever child location on the map. For example on one parent record I have 22 children, only 17 show up on the map, but all 22 show up on the other report link field.

Thats wierd because on other records it shows all of them on the map.

  Hi Wes, did you find a work around to the 100 pole limit? did you contact third party such as Juiced? I'm curious as we are running into similar issue and wondering what ended up working for you. Thanks.

Some location may not map due to addressing issues. so, for example, figure out which ones are missing and you will find that there is a problem with the address - Google does not know where it is, so it can't map it. Them boys at google are pretty smart so odds are it's bad address info. GIGO.
