Yes — if you use Mapsly with Quickbase, you can fully customize pin colors, icons, and even labels. You can also set up dynamic color rules so pins change automatically based on fields like status, owner, or territory.

Not natively. But there is an Add on Product from Juiced with many features including allowing for formuals for the pin label and the pin color.
