Pipeline - Add file when creating a record

I am trying to create a pipeline that will create a new record in a different table using data from the source table.  There are two file attachment fields in the source table that I want to add to the target table while creating the new record.  I am able to add all of the other fields I want to use for the new record, but am not able to add the file attachment fields in the list of fields to specify values.

What do I need to do to add the two file attachment fields to the new record?
