Pipeline - Record to Update not Visible

I've got several Pipelines to add a record into an aggregate table from individual tables that each staff member keeps up. There are also Pipelines that will add a task to an individual staff's table when an event is created on their Google calendar. Those Pipelines both work. But I'm trying to create a Pipeline that will update a record on the aggregate table when a staff member makes any changes to their individual records.
