Pipeline cross realms?

Can I use a pipeline across realms? If I partner with another company that also uses QuickBase, and I want a trigger that says, if a record is created in realm A, table A, create record in realm B,...

Yes, you'll have to change your connection in the Add Record step. There, it should let you create a new connection and will ask for the realm, token, etc.
