Pipeline Google Sheet Row ID

When creating a pipeline to look up and update a row in a google sheet, the only query option is labeled "Id". What is this and how do I get the id for the row I want to look up?

    For that, you would need to do a 'Search Row' step first. Look Up steps require that you already know what record/row/etc you need to access.

    I can't even get that far. I just have a drop down that says "No Rows in Pipeline". I have yet to figure this out.
