Pipeline Only Shows Default Data? Which Should Be Deleted?

So we are using the "Simple Project Manager" App to manage our projects now, and I've ran into a pipeline issue.  I'm trying to link the status of one of my tables in a separate app to create a new task in a project for me.

I feel like it should be set up correctly, however when I go to set a "Related Project", it only gives me options from the default data set in the project management app.  Which at one point, the project management app prompted me to wipe?  It doesn't show any of my projects, just the stock example ones.

Any ideas for something I might be missing?
