Pipeline Ownership

We set up a generic user account specifically for creating pipelines. 3 of us have access to it so we can all see all the pipelines regardless of who built them. When we need to view pipelines for any reason, we just log in to that 'user' account.

Setting up a generic account to manage pipelines is definitely a way to go.
We had someone leave a few months ago, and if you have the permissions to switch between users you can export the pipeline to YAML, then edit the slug and import it into your own.

1) Create account for Pipeline handling
2) Move current Pipelines from different accounts to this one (with YAML)
3) Implement proper mechanism of password handling when somebody leave the project

------------------------------- Just make sure when you import the YAML that you have changed the slugs to match the new user, and ensure those slugs have access to those tables. I had an issue with that in the beginning.
