Pipeline: The CSRF Token is Missing

Good morning, 

I have been using Quickbase for about 2 months and have set up some very basic pipelines (to Quickbooks, Google Drive and a few amongst Quickbase apps). 

I went in today to try and use another pipeline and received the error message "The CSRF Token is Missing" when trying to add a new User Token to connect an app I had just made. I have not experienced this before and have not found a similar thread here. 

Any advice on how to correct this?
