Anyway, I want to work with Pipelines as Automations seems to be going away in a few years.
But I read "The main Pipelines dashboard and each individual Pipeline dashboard also provide details on the metering related to account billing as Pipelines are charged in Quick Base on a consumption basis."
Then I hear that Quick Base Pipelines are now free.
Also, on third party Applications to connect to Quick Base.
Ex: In Google Apps, I want my company's employees to be able to put all their calendar events on a Google Calendar. Now their bosses can also do so. The employee can add any personal events as he/she wants, such as dentist appointment.
I used to print out company employees daily calendar and print it, we called it 'Action Items'.
Do using third party Apps with QB Pipelines cost my client, depending on how many appointments are put on the calendar?

Pipeline steps acting within the Quickbase Channel records are free. But Pipeline steps which use other non QuickBase channels such as Google Calendar are chargeable.
For example, if you have the first step that triggers on a change of a record in Quickbase that is free. But if the next step is to update a Google calendar then that next step would be chargeable.
