Possible to have a dynamic filter where the results 'don't match' the selection?

Is there a sneaky way to make a dynamic filter so that when the user selection an option, it shows all the records that dont match that option?

For example,

Multiple Choice Field has choices: Red, Orange, Yellow, Green

User dynamically filters a report using 'Red' and it shows all the records where it is NOT red.

Any way to pull this off?
