Possible to NOT record owner?

I am trying to make a table that will be a survey. I want the results to be anonymous, even from me, but obviously I can readily see the record owner and last modified by.

Any way to not record these in a certain table?

    you could use a Pipeline to call a webhook of

    API_ChangeRecordOwner to change the record owner to say you own userid.  so they would all be the same.

    You could also build a separate survey app for EOTI (Everyone on the Internet), which would not require any users to login.  Then the record owner would be stored as "Anonymous"
