PowerBI connecting to Quick Base token error

I'm trying to connect to my QB app w/Power BI using PBI's native connector and am receiving this error. My PBI version is current GA release (QB connector is no longer in Beta). I've tripled checked my URL and token details for typo's, etc. I can connect to the app using a different BI platform (Domo) w/o issues.

Anyone have ideas?

    Hi Marc.

    You could try clearing the authentication and starting over making sure that you enter the right DBID.

    Otherwise, you could create a support case to get Care's help in identifying any problems with your User token.
