Printing table report

Hello, I have a table report with 70 columns and some of the rows are colored. I need to print this often but need the color to remain- when I save it as a spreadsheet the color doesn't stay b...

Can you explain what's not working with print to PDF?  Are you missing the colour or some of the columns.

    I'm missing some of the columns- there are 70 columns on my report.

      I know it's PDF but try setting landscape and selecting a large paper size. I'm not at my computer now though to test      Also try gong to your name at the top right, then manage my preferences and set to condensed

        I tried that and now I can get all the columns on the PDF but the text is so small and illegible.
