Process automation/notification at specific time

Question

I need to be able to process an automation/notification that will trigger once it becomes a specific time. Say 6:00 PM EST.

Basically I want the system to look at requests to see if they are not finished by a specific time, if they are not I want it to send an email alert. Like a backup reminder.

Can this be done?

This cannot currently be be done natively, but I believe that Juiced does have "Triggers" which can be scheduled to fire by time of day.https://www.juicedtech.com/triggers
