How do i add a task to show under a milestone to show like Gant chart?
How do i have sub tasks under a overall task?

    Please describe your app structure, what tables and relationships do you have setup? 

    Project table (Each project has many tasks)
    Task table (Each task has many subtasks)
    Subtask table

    You may want to look around on the App Exchange, there are many Project Management apps already out there if you don't want to reinvent the wheel.
