I jumped on a quick call with Blake and realized we were on Legacy Forms and that I spent a couple hours of my life a few months ago before I realized that Secure Links are not supported on Legacy forms.

Here to confirm that on making a non-Legacy form and setting up the Secure link to look at it, I was able to save on the Firefox browser where I wasn't logged in, no problem.
Now to make the screen after saving a little nicer.
