I jumped on a quick call with Blake and realized we were on Legacy Forms and that I spent a couple hours of my life a few months ago before I realized that Secure Links are not supported on Legacy forms.  

Per Quickbase AI help

"Do secure links work on Legacy Forms?"

Secure links in Quickbase do not work reliably with Legacy Forms. While they might function intermittently, Legacy Forms are specifically listed as unsupported for secure links.

When using secure links in Quickbase, the following areas are unsupported:

  • Legacy forms
  • Legacy reports
  • Legacy dashboards
  • Dashboards
  • JSON APIs

This means there is no guarantee that secure links will continue to work with these features. For the most reliable experience, it's recommended to use secure links with modern forms and reports instead [1].
