Pulling User Info based on user selected

I feel like this is super simple and I'm just coming up with a blank - 

In my form, I have the person entering select a QB user, then based on that user I want the Email address field to show the Email associated with that QB user (the one selected in the user field dropdown).

    You can make a new formula e-mail field

    UserToEmail([my user field])
