Hi Richard, it looks like applications tokens may have been enabled in your application since the last time your accesed your Exact Forms. Exact Forms doesn't work with them so you will probably need to turn them off. If you take a look at the App Properties from the application settings and scroll down to advanced setting...if the checkbox for "Require Application tokens" checked then they are enabled.
If you uncheck that box you should get by that error.
