This was setup back in 2019 before the ability to utlize Javascript was eliminated. It has been working fine for 5 years now but all of a sudden today it is no longer working. The page just spins and never creates the PDF document. Does anyone know if Qbase has implemented something where the old fields that utilized Javascript are no longer working? Re: Price Per Read They didn't "force" us to go to a usage based plan, but the pricing they gave us was $1.2M if we were to stay on the user based plan. So we could pay $1.2M or go with the usage based plan and pay $232k, which was a 232% increase from prior year. ------------------------------ Amber Goodman ------------------------------ Price Per Read Is anyone willing to share what price they are paying per read. We used to be on a user based plan and paid around $30k annually. We were then forced to move to a usage based plan where our cost skyrocketed to $250k annually. I was mostly ok with this because our usage and apps had grown significantly. The next year we had another increase in price of $100k making our total $350k annually. Well we are now up for renewal again and I was told that our account is being flagged and that we now have an additional $200k increase, which makes our total $550k annually. Keep in mind that our usage and apps has not changed in 2 years now. I was told that the driving factor was that we were receiving a price per read of 17 cents and the current MSRP is 24 cents per read. I have been reading on reddit and here that people are getting a price per read of 11 cents. So we went from $30k/year to $550k/year in just 3 years. How can they do this? What action can we take to keep from having to pay these outrageous prices? ------------------------------ Amber Goodman ------------------------------ Pipeline expression for date = date I am trying to create a pipeline that searches a record where a date in step A matches a date in step B, but the only options on the pipeline is where the date is: set, not set, before, after, between, not between, more than or less than equal to is not an option here. Is there a way to use an expression instead to say where date in step A matches date in step B? ------------------------------ Amber Goodman ------------------------------ Re: Open Invoice/Enverus Link @Chayce Duncan are you able to help? ------------------------------ Amber Goodman ------------------------------ Open Invoice/Enverus Link Does anyone have any experience with setting up a link between Quickbase and Enverus/OpenInvoice that could help me with some things? ------------------------------ Amber Goodman ------------------------------ Form Rule Limit I was wondering if anyone knows a work around to the limit of the number of form rules you can have on the new form? We have a form that currently has 140 form rules. I am trying to move it over to the new form and it stopped me at 100 and said rule limit has been reached. ------------------------------ Amber Goodman ------------------------------ Re: Child Record redirects to new parent record when saved That is already turned on. It does save the parent record and take you to the child record, but when you save the child record it doesn't take you back to the parent record you just created. It takes to into the parent table in a new record so our users are hitting save there and basically creating another new record. Now if I save the parent record and then click the button to add a new child record it will bring me back to the existing record but not if I don't save the parent record before clicking to add a child record. ------------------------------ Amber Goodman ------------------------------ Child Record redirects to new parent record when saved In the new form, when I add a child record from a link on the parent record and then save the child record it redirects me back to the parent table in an "add new record" mode instead of back to the original parent record I was working on. This is causing duplicate records to be made because the user thinks the initial parent record wasn't saved. If I save the parent record before clicking on the add new child record button then it redirects back to the parent record I was working on just fine, but if that save doesn't happen before clicking the add child record button first then it will take us back to add new record to parent table. Anyone know of a fix for this? ------------------------------ Amber Goodman ------------------------------ Re: New Forms Yes you can do this, but it looks awful! And I want to be able to edit the child records directly on the form. I am able to do that currently with the old form by clicking the editable button on the form. So disappointing. ------------------------------ Amber Goodman ------------------------------
