Quickbase action error with user tokens?

Hey all, I'm having an issue I can't figure out with an action that modifies related records when the original record is edited. It sends me a notification saying that the user token is invalid? 

400 Error: <?xml version="1.0" ?> <qdbapi> <action>API_EditRelatedRecords</action> <errcode>83</errcode> <errtext>Invalid error code: 83</errtext> <errdetail>User token is invalid</errdetail> </qdbapi>

What do I have set up wrong here? Any help would be appreciated! :)

    Hi Elena,

    If you disable that Action and create a new Action with the same criteria do you keep getting the same error?

    Check that you are using the correct User Token for the owner of the Webhook.  If that is correct; then make sure that your Application is assigned to your User Token - which you do in the Preferences area of your login.
