Quickbase Gantt Plugin Template - Summary Gantt Chart

I am looking for some direction on how to create a master roll-up Gantt.

A Gantt charge that provides supervisory view of all project Gantt Charts.
For our effort we have a bunch of small Work Orders that serve as Projects.
Staff members (Resources) are assigned several Projects at any given time.
