Can I make the endpoint for a Webhook that is updating another table with a relative table name instead of table id??

Thanks for the reply.  In the example you give isn't the %dbid% the table the current webhook is associated to?  I'm trying to to use the id of a different table that I'm doing a POST for API_EditRecord.  The table name is users, so I was thinking it would be something like https://%realmHost%.quickbase.com/db/_DBID_USERS but that doesn't work.
