Hi Mike,
Technically I believe it is the table manager. When you are in the Application settings, click on App management, then show app statistics, there is a list of all the tables in the app and who manages that table (1st screenshot). I need to change the record owner of several tables where "Amanda" (2nd shot) is showing as the record owner. I think that is I change the table manager it should change the record owner as well. Am I confusing the two things?

The record owner is the person who created a certain record. You can change this one by one or in a chunk. See links below for instructions. The manager you are referencing is the app manager, which can be transferred under the app properties. Though I don't think that is what you want in this case. If you are trying to change the owner of a record, utilize the methods below.

Keep in mind the record owner is always going to set itself to whomever creates the record. If the record is created in Pipeline, it will default to the owner of the pipeline.
