Color coding formula

Hi Mark,

No worries, I appreciate your help. correct my logical thinking if it's wrong, but won't that show the record pink if both the fields are blank? we want to set it up to where it shows pink if a field is filled in with a date while the other one to have the record show pink if the date is not filled in.
