how do I create a button that allows the user to continue to the next tab

This works great Alex. Thank you for this.  I have a follow up question.  I have the button on the first tab that will take me to the second tab.  However, the second tab is hidden by a dynamic rule based on a selection in the first tab.  If it remains hidden, when the user click "save and next tab" I need them to be directed to the 3rd tab, as the second tab does not show because it does not apply to them.  Is there a way to do this?
