OK, np,
When you create a relationship it automatically creates a Report Link for you. There is really no magic to a report link field. The configuration of the field just matches up a field on the record you were sitting on, for example the Record ID of the goal with a field on any other table (even in other apps). While you get a report link field for free when you create a relationship you do not need to have a relationship in order to create a report link field.
So, if you look up [Related Goal] which is a field on Metrics down to Supporting Documents, then the supporting documents will know the Record ID of the Goal. But when I do those lookup I like to name the field what it is, so [Record ID# of Goal]. It should not be called [Related Goal] because there is no relationship between Goals and Supporting Documents..
That will allow you to create your own report link field on the Goal called [Supporting Documents] or even [Report Link of Supporting] and on the left side you will just set it to Record ID and on the right side of the configuration you will seek out the app and then the table for the supporting documents and find the field that has the [Record ID of the Goal]. Just a heads up when you do that you may get a pop-up blocker in your browser that once in your lifetime you have to say to allow pop-ups from Quickbase. Your browser may think the pop-up is some kind of spam advertising.

Hi Mark,
Thank you so much for the help! I learned something new with the report links! Is there a way to filter the report links to show only those reviews that have not been reviewed for that goal? Since my goals, metrics, and supporting documents are static can I somehow generate an automatic form every quarter to create a new review form with the goal, metric and the related supporting documentations?
Thank you so much!

The default behaviour is that all of the matching records from the report link field would be listed but can make any report you want and add in a filter to only have unreviewed records. Then go the FORM properties and set the FORM to use that filtered report.
