We used Workato, but similar concept to Zapier. I don't recall any specifics to passing data for the use case back then, do you have specific issues you're facing? The Hubspot API is relatively easy to work with, so if your gaps are with Zapier itself you might look at the raw API docs and see if you can find your data there. The API is access token based so its potentially something you could use Pipelines for if you needed to make an API call that Zapier didn't support. That - or you could use the Zapier SDK and build your own connector.
