This looks more like a record displayed on a form for a single Vendor as opposed to a report. You can make a table report and then print it, but slow down when printing and observe that it will let you print one record per page. Try that!

Mark, I tried a table report but I'm not sure how to get what I want, are you saying maybe that I need to create a seperate form and then print from the form? I'm missing something.

Yes, if in fact you want to print one page per record, then make a form just with those fields on it. Then when you go to print it will ask you this
Print one record per page
Then choose your special form.

Okay, so that is what I thought you were talking about but I don't have a print button on the forms. I'm using the new forms. Am I going to have to create a custom print button?

Yes, Unfortunatly New Forms don't yet allow Printing. But No Problem, it's a very simple form, so just create a small form in Legacy Style and then it will be available to choose when you go to Print.
