Re: 'Require' Form Rule Doesn't Require Address Fields

I know this is an old thread, but I have been having the same issue and was looking for some ideas, So maybe this will help someone...
What I ended up doing was creating a Checkbox Field and then making a rule that "If Address Street 1 is not equal to <blank> then change the checkbox to checked, and I have another rule for other criteria to make that checkbox filed required. Then on the Form Elements make the Field "Read-Only, even if used for Data Entry" You could expand on the first rule to include other fields that must be not equal to blank (City, State, Zip) in order to check the box.
