record filtering

I want to filter a report view based on a user ID
The user can be the one entering a record or can be a supervisor of those users.
ex.
user ID123 is the supervisor of userID22,U userID24, and user 25.  He also has a supervisor so userID123 enters records relating to his personal time
UserID123 needs to be able to see the  time records for his team as well as his own.  user22,24,&25 should only be able to see their own records.
This report is a calendar report
how can I do this?
