I have a request to update choices in a multi-select field and delete or make it an option where certain user roles can't select an option in the field...I don't really want to delete the previous op...

Another thought I had with this solution is I also lose the function for the user to be able to select more than one option - they can only select one option in the record picker. Whereas my previous field is multi-select and they can select more than one option.
