Relationship Condition Dropdown stopped to work after formula update

I found that other relationships stopped working as well even if field is filled in by action performed via Button click o add record and populate this field.
Still I need to remove value and re-select it again. I will report it as User Case to QB.

I checked in other applications where I haven't performed above mentioned change to SMO fields and all conditional dropdowns are not working.
