Removing Excess Space Between Fields

Greetings! 👋🏽

I've got a somewhat complex form which we use to manage a product development process. In places, I notice some fields are spaced incredibly far apart. Are there any tips/tricks on how to reduce or eliminate some of these spaces, or have I just stacked too many fields elsewhere in the form?
