Report Access Management

Hello, 
There use to be a lovely report that listed all reports down column A and Roles across the rest of the columns - like a matrix where you could easily give or remove access to a report without having to open and edit the report. Something similar to the screen shot below. Does this matrix still exist? If so, how do I get to it? I've taken over management of an app with hundreds of reports and I need to clean up access. I don't want to spend days doing it.
