I may have completely misunderstood your question. If you have a bunch of records and inherently each separate belongs in a particular year column based on a date field or a calculated numerical year, you should use a Summary report and use column grouping on the date, grouping by year.

I'm using a regular table report instead of a summary report because they need to see each record and it's data like this:
Each business case will have a different set of 5 years they're working with, and that's based on the IC date.
For instance this one - the IC date is in 2024. the first year is 2024, second third and so on you can see there.
But another business case - such as this example - has it's first year in 2025.
Would each business case need it's own report? Is there a way to do that with regular table reports?
