Report showing where current user is part of group

I have some users assigned to teams that travel. Team 1, Team 2, etc. I was thinking I could put them into user groups.  Then, I want to create a report that filters only to show projects if the cu...

One Team has many Users.  Summary field to count # of Users subject to the filters that [User field] is the current user.

If you like you can also make a checkbox field called [Current User is on Team]

[# of users which are current user] >=1

Then Lookup that checkbox field from Teams down to Projects.
